Let your soul groove and your body swing to the sounds of blues, jazz, soul, funk and big band swing. SoulSwing FyouSION will take your body and soul on an experiential journey that will leave you feeling sexy, saucy, soulful and sweaty. With simple, freestyle movements inspired by swing, salsa, lindy hop, burlesque and rock and roll, SoulSwing FyouSION dance fitness classes encourage you to move freely in your own unique way and have fun, as you dance your way a fitter, healthier, happier, you!
REGISTRATION: $160 - Fee needs to be paid by the 25th of July to secure your place.
