This is a combination of two modern dance styles which explores abstract forms and flowing lines.It is a technique based class, which focuses on alignment, strength and flexibility plus the joy and freedom of movement and music. Included will be strengthening, stretching and traveling exercises which will develop into a sequence. The element of lyrical dance gives you the opportunity to be creative there are no boundaries or limitations! This beautiful art form of dance will connect you to your feeling centre and emotions through your connection with the music.
REGISTRATION: $160 - Fee needs to be paid by the 25th of July to secure your place.
