250 staff from an insurance company drumming together? Yes that’s correct!

InRhythm bought the house down recently at The Sun Life – Seminar and Award Night. Hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia the event was a perfect corporate celebration, bringing a lot of fun and uplifting spirit to this company.

Every team player (all 250 team members!) got a drum and in just 1 minute was connected to the entire team…all through the power of InRhythm. Our professional facilitators effortlessly got everyone drumming their own rhythms on their drum. It was amazing to see and hear.

With a room of 200 corporate people drumming together the atmosphere was incredible! It was a Team Building event combined with a staff reward, energizer and Icebreaker. We gave our client more than they could ever have wished for…a highly motivated and inspired team that were ready to tackle the year ahead with enthusiasm.

Oh and every person kept their drum as a staff reward.
