Telin had no idea how our drumming event would completely uplift their team of 200 employees at the annual Batic event at the Ayana Hotel Bali, Indonesia.
The summit was looking pretty low in energy. But then BOOM! our InRhythm facilitators started drumming incredibly uplifting beats that started shook the house down.
Every person stood up and was given a drum to play and started drumming with the rest of the team. People were so surprised and excited at this idea. It was so successful that every person was involved and enjoying the experience.
