We run FACILITATOR TRAINING PROGRAMS that combined the ever growing array of facilitation techniques by drawing on our own findings, other powerful facilitators world wide and simple intuition. The most important element in effective facilitation is being able to communicate simply yet powerfully. Upon completion of the course facilitators will gain the skills and practical experience necessary to lead a group drumming circle. The course involves a combination of discussion and hands on facilitating. Each participant will experience leading the group and constructive feedback will be offered. The idea is that we learn to communicate with the group in the most powerful, clear and effective way!
